The Apron of a Fellowcraft

Fellowcraft

Also known as: FC

The Fellowcraft Degree is the second of the symbolic degrees of the Blue Lodge. It is emblematic of the rank of Journeyman in an operative guild of workmen. In ancient times, the Fellowcraft was the last of two symbolic degrees. The third degree, that of Master Mason, was added circa 1760.

The ritualistic ceremony pertaining to this degree is called "Passing."
